Gluten- & Dairy-Free Seed Crackers

Crunchy, savory, and great with hummus, guacamole, or just on their own!


Ingredients

• 1 cup gluten-free oat flour (or almond flour if you prefer)

• ½ cup ground flaxseed

• ¼ cup sesame seeds

• ¼ cup sunflower seeds (optional but tasty)

• ½ tsp sea salt

• ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

• ½ tsp dried rosemary or Italian seasoning (optional)

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• ½ cup water


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

3. Add olive oil and water, stirring until a thick dough forms.

4. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll very thin (this is key for

crispiness).

5. Remove the top parchment, score into cracker shapes with a knife.

6. Bake 18–22 minutes, until golden and crisp.

7. Let cool completely — they’ll crisp up even more as they cool.


Flavor Variations


• Everything Bagel Style: Add poppy seeds + onion powder

• Spicy: Add ¼ tsp chili flakes

• Cheesy (dairy-free): Add 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
