QI GONG
 

Qi Gong is an art of combining gentle movements with your breath to a holistic body, mind and spirit exercise.
Qi refers to power, energy and breath. Gong means the ability, the knowledge and capacity you can develop.
In Qi Gong it is all about HOW TO CHANNEL YOUR ENERGY WITHIN YOURSELF AND AROUND YOU.
This way we become self aware of processes in our body and mind and gain better physical and mental health in order to age in better condition. These almost meditative movements teach you to focus better, to stretch your fascia system in order to maintain flexibility and to connect in an energetic way to your environment.


Sign in for a class of four or five events $65/$80 + HST depending on four or five classes per month.

For patients with benefit- or private insurance, we request that you apply for reimbursement directly with your provider.

Please note that we are unable to guarantee reimbursement as contractual terms may vary.
