Isn´t this a neat habit we learned from the English: a five o´clock tea?

To be honest: it is as good as a four o´clock tea……but to find a moment of silence, of break for review and insight, a stop of bustling activity is just a treat these days. What do you think of choosing a freshly harvested herbal tea that smells delicious and provides you with the benefit of calming our nervous system like lemon balm does? Holding a warm cup in your hands makes us already a better human being. There is definitely some coziness in those days of fall when sunset is about 4.30 p.m. like today. Take some minutes and enjoy…. Being alive!
