Colors spice up our lives. The physical perception of visible wavelengths is intensely connected to parts of our brains that deal with emotion. This way being surrounded by some colors can make us feel uplifted and joyful.

As a child my mother once got a new duvet cover for me. It was brownish with brown patterns on it and I loved it because it gave me a feeling of being safe in a comfortable cave. Colors like pink and lemon green cheer most people up, giving them a spring time feeling.

But beside the neurological effects a deeper dive into biochemistry shows that different wavelengths (like color) interfere with different molecules in our body. That leads to different biochemical reactions.

For wellness and regenerative reasons we can use the application of different colors to our body.
